Finance and Administration Manager for Burundi

Finance and Administration Manager 
Location: Burundi - Bujumbura
Experience: Minimum 15 years of which 5 years in managerial level
Industry: Manufacturing 

Duties
Head of Finances and Administration Services for a manufacturing Company, with a turnover of more than 30Mn USD per year in local and export market. The candidate will be reporting to the General Manager on the following tasks:

Supervision of a team of +/- 10 people in Finance and Administration Department
Preparation and submission of Semester budget (cash flow/P&L/product cost/creditors & debtors, etc.)
Preparation and submission of various weekly/monthly/semester reports such as stocks inventory/cash flow/P&L/cost price vs. budget 
Ensuring the optimization of financial and administration processes 
Reviewing and recommending improvements in regards of financial processes
Performing any other tasks /duties as required by the GM from time to time

Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Masters in Finance (an advantage)

Skills: Need to show evidence of the following
Very good computer skills especially Excel and Tally
Commercial and business awareness;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Initiative and problem solving skills;
Negotiation skills and ability to lead and motivate others;
Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature;
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize;
Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships;
Able to function and deliver under pressure.

Salary (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
