Procurement Manager / Procurement Lead
    Diploma in any engineering discipline with minimum 10 years experience in procurement and commercial business procurement. Responsible for the quality of all procurement activities (this includes buying, subcontract negotiating / management, expediting and traffic) on all projects within the country. He will maintain a staff of qualified procurement personnel in sufficient numbers to place on projects. He will in conjunction with the develop and maintain procurement systems, standards and procedures to be consistently applied to all projects
    Logistics Manager
        Any Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
        Expeditors
            Any engineering with minimum 5 years experience in an expediting role in a construction environment in oil & gas industry. Responsible for delivery of materials and equipments in a timely and cost effective manner.
            Buyer
                Diploma in any discipline with minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas industry and to ensure that the company procurement duties are carried out to the highest standards on time and with the highest financial gain to the company.
                Logistics Coordinator
                    Any graduate with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
                Piping Supervisor
                    1. Organize and assign work to trade foreman/charge hands or new.
                    2. Plan and report requirements for manpower, materials and equipment.
                    3. Co-ordinate works with other supervisors, contracts and subcontractors on a daily basis to minimize work interferences.
                    4. Instruct personnel in good housekeeping and safety practices.
                    5. Maintain work rules and work force discipline.
                    6. Monitor and control progress of construction work within the schedule for the assigned area.
                    7. Maintain a properly detailed and accurate diary of the construction work accomplished.
                    8. Organize and direct the work force to accomplish construction in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
                    9. Observe the subcontractors operations and record daily accomplishments, problems, and manpower and equipment usage. Take remedial action on shortcomings in coordination with the responsible Manager.
                    10. Measure performance and certify progress payment reports.
                    11. Inspect materials and equipment as installed for compliance with contract plans and specifications.
                    12. Ensure acceptable S/E ratio is maintained.
                    13. Ensure installation is of a standard so as to avoid Quality and Safety violations.
                    14. Discuss and assess problems encountered by the staff on site. Assess need for additional and input of labour, supervision and equipment during the course of construction.
                    15. Ensure that methods of work are up to date, efficient and in accordance with company and client safety policies and Health and Safety requirements.
                    16. Ensure construction / installation keeps to budget / plan.
                    17. Investigate and account for any deviations from budget Manhours.
                    18. Ensure exporting and control procedures are operated correctly on all site under your control.
                    19. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
                    20. Set and example of loyalty, enthusiasm and hard work in the performance of all duties.
                    21. Ensure that work practices and installation meet required quality standards.
                    22. Ensure that you understand the extent of the subcontractors work and be fully conversation same.
                    23. Familiarise yourself with the programme, planned hours, ratios material as per B.O.M. and ensure that these parameters are met.
                    24. Short term programme are to be made in relation to overall programme and highlight access, hold-ups.
                    25. Ensure that transport, tools, plant and equipment are maintained in proper working order and not abused.
                    26. Ensure that the project is carried out to the highest standard of work, to the clients satisfaction and clients regulations.
                    27. Ensure that no work outside the scope of our contract is carried out without prior written approval from the client. Ensure that all dayworks are signed on a daily basis.
                    28. Ensure that tools/plants/equipment/transport is charged on dayworks where applicable.
                    29. Monitor Kentz staff on site with regard to overall personnel development. Record development and report on a regular basis. Ensure that the Foreman are fully conversant with the programme and rations and that they operate within there parameters.
                    30. Ensure that major delays are highlighted during the course of the project.
                    31. Ensure that the companies interests are looked after at all times.
                    32. Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

                    Piping Superintendent

                      1. New Business 
                      a. While on construction sites and in the development of relationship with clients, work towards continuing to source ongoing work for the company.

                      2. Planning of Projects
                       

                      a. The Construction Manager should call a preparatory meeting before construction on site begins. This should normally be held on site where it is practical to do so.
                      b. The preparatory meeting will be attended by the Project for the project and by the area supervisor who will have responsibility for the project. Where a project has designated Project Engineer he will also attend. The Construction Manager may have others attend if he feels it is important to the successful undertaking of the project.
                      c. The meeting will agree a detailed program covering all aspects of the progression of the project; this will include a detailed timetable for project completion.
                      d. Allocates Project Engineers to specific tasks

                      3. Project under Construction

                      a. Discuss and assess problems encountered by the staff on site. Assess need for additional and input of labour, supervision and equipment during the course of construction.
                      b. Ensure that methods of work are up to date, efficient and in accordance with company and client safety policies and Health and Safety requirements.
                      c. Ensure that developments on site that under the terms of the contract document requires special evaluation and assessment are correctly identified and appropriate action taken.

                      4. Monitoring Performance 
                      a. Ensure construction / installation keeps to budget / plan.
                      b. Investigate and account for any deviations from budget Manhours.
                      c. Ensure exporting and control procedures are operated correctly on all site under your control.

                      5. Organization on Site 
                      a. Ensure construction organization is adequate, that staff at all levels understand their role and responsibilities and that effective delegation takes place.
                      b. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
                      c. Report to the Project Manager, on all aspects of construction in a detail and at intervals as determined by him.
                      d. Ensure compliance with the functional authority of the Project Manager.
                      e. Keep up to date in developments in contracting.
                      f. Advise the Project Manager as requested or any desirable changes in methods of work or on work practice and control.
                      g. Set and example of loyalty, enthusiasm and hard work in the performance of all duties.
                      h. Ensure that work practices and installation meet required quality standards.
                      i. Ensure that you familiarise yourself with the scope of work, programme and specification of the project.
                      j. Ensure that you understand the extent of the subcontractors work and be fully conversant on same.
