Job Description:                               

1. Responsible for inward of Capital goods / Consumable / Raw Material / Packing material.
2. Control / monitor inventory of inventory of stores stock.
3. Ensure / implement monthly indenting of Consumable / Raw material / Packing material.
4. Ensure compliance of monthly physical stock verification.
5. Ensure real-time issue of Consumable / Raw material / Packing material.
6. Highlight non-moving / slow moving Raw material / Packing material to Unit Head.
7. Responsible to maintain Raw material / Packing material variance as per approved standards.

Position: Electrical Technician

Work Experience: 2~3 Years

Education Qualification: ITI Equivalent / Diploma Electrical

Reporting to: Manager (Maintenance & Safety)

Job Description:

1. Ensure / record daily electrical consumption, ensure consumption within approved MD
2. Carry-out preventive maintenance of Electrical panels / Distribution panels.
3. Ensure electrical safety during project / regular operations.
4. Ensure preventive maintenance of DG Set.
5. Ensure servicing / preventive schedule for transformer.
6. Ensure compliance wrt electrical safety audits.
7. Implement safety standards as per  PSHEEM / Acts & Rules of Srilanka

Position: Maintenance Supervisor / Safety Supervisor – Polghenwela Unit / Sri Lanka

JOB DESCRIPTION   - Safety & Maintenance – (Describe key result areas / main job functions)

1. Responsible for
1. Ensuring uptime of all critical processing & Packing equipment
2. Ensuring implementation of Preventive maintenance of all critical equipments
3. Ensuring maintenance of critical spares for the equipment
4. Ensuring identification of Root causes of critical breakdowns & implementation of corrective actions
5. Commissioning of new equipment & stabilization for intended purpose
6.  Maintenance of all EHS equipment

3. Responsible for
   1. Implementation of EHS procedures comprising of Risk assessment, Fire control equipment upkeep & Maintenance, Work Permit system,
4. EHS Training need identification, preparation of training calendar, Implementation
5. Monitoring and Improvement of EHS parameters
6. EHS inspections/Audits of unit.
7. Ensuring Accident, incident reporting system adherence ,Analysis of root causes  and ensuring CAPA status.
8. Tracking & analyzing Near miss accident
9. Implementation of  behavior based safety program in unit
10. Ensuring PPE compliance as per PPE matrix
11. Ensure contractor safety management process across the unit.
12. Safety committee meetings and ensuring  implementation of Action points

Education qualification: B.Sc & Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety equivalent

Experience: Min.4~6 years
