    We are currently hiring Stores Coordinator for Dubai Location. We are looking for candidates who are well conversant with English (Written and Verbal)

    1) Designation:- Stores Coordinator
    Job Location :- Dubai

    Job Profile/ Responsibilities:-
    Space utilization, material identification & FIFO system to be followed.
    Proper Storage of Raw-material, Packing materials , Finished goods.
    Material Rejections, Replacement, Inventory/Reconciliation
    Coordinate with Purchase Department, Production Dept & PPC to control Inventory
    Submission of Bills to Accounts along with GRN & PO.
    Creating PO, GRN, Outbound Delivery.
    Giving the daily dispatch details and Preparing Monthly Stock Statement and submitting to the head.
    Preparing Goods Receipts Notes for incoming Materials.
    Preparing the Delivery Challan for outgoing material for Job work.
    Ensuring that all the goods are receiving under proper procedure with proper documents.
    Analyzing the physical stock status with the weekly plan given by the Production Planning Department.
    On time material issue to delivery team.
    Conducting weekly & monthly Stock Audit.
    Updating All Master file and analyzing the Physical stock with ERP Stock.

    Desired Profile :-
    Graduate in any stream. 
    2-15 years of experience in handling stores.

    2) Designation - Marine Engineer 

    Job Location - Dubai 

    Job Profile - Engine Package Handling.

    Should have a Valid Passport.
    Should be open for relocation to Dubai.
