Structural Engineer

Overall experience in Design of water supply or other structural projects in India / Africa.
Experience in the field of Civil and Structural Projects
Anticipating the risks, increasing the efficiency and ensuring on time delivery.
Skilled in managing entire breadth of Project Management activities inclusive of project initiation, estimation, executing, monitoring, controlling, value engineering, waste reductions, cost control and safety.
Proficient in managing the entire gamut of techno-commercial activities such as coordination for feasibility studies, proposal development, estimation, material expediting and project change management; excellent ability to interface with Vendor, Consultant & Clients.
Rich experience in technical activities such as Conceptual design, Feed & detailed Design.
Reviewing mechanical vendor drawings for structural adequacy for Civil loading input for Consultancy to prepare deliverables.
Guide to subordinates for 3D modeling, analysis & design and other technical aspects.
Resource allocation & Team Mentoring for Critical design issues and queries.
Good experience in checking of RCC and Structural Steel drawings as per construction requirement. 
Use of STAAD-Pro for Analysis and Design of pipe racks, equipment supporting structures, process structures.
Extensive use of GTstrudl for Analysis and Design of Mechanical modules (supports of pipes and equipments), pipe supports, Auxiliary beams

Hands on experience in various cycle phases of project execution overlooking Technical, Commercial as well as site coordination. 
Project Scheduling & Resource planning as per client requirement for Techno-commercial projects.
Finalization of Deliverable list with Client and resolving bottlenecks for same
Vendor Development Site mobilization and finalization of Site Contractor based on bids received
Well aware of various Shop Inspection test to be undertaken during project cycle as well
