• Responsible for carrying out of the servicing requirements, enhance the Workshop's capability by servicing and repairing vehicle components and systems through TMC and Distributor's specified quality procedures, Standards and specifications.
• Able to work on PMS & Skilled technicians with high quality of work. 
• Must be familiar with diagnostic tools / equipments.

• Should be Diploma / ITI with 3-5 yrs experience with an Automobile dealer.
• Responsible for Repairing vehicles in accordance with company's quality specifications and standards,
• Ensuring that the assigned body repair jobs are executed in line with standard operational procedures and specifications of TMC & Distributor, timing and housekeeping standards so that overall objectives in terms of productivity and quality are being met or exceeded 
• Must be familiar with tools / equipments.

• Should be Degree/ Diploma  with 5-10 yrs experience with an Automobile dealer.
•  Oversee & control the workshop operations to maximize the productivity.
• Leads the 5S implementation to ensure a safe working environment.
• Plan & Organize the distribution of Job Cards as per the skills matrix of the technicians
• Ensure standards time is maintained by all technicians as well as enforcing all the policies & standards
• Age limit - below 40yrs
