Payroll Manager for Bangladesh

Age 28 - 35 years

Minimum graduate, preferably M.com / M.B.A. finance

Experience from Garments/Automobile/ Manufacturing industry

Relevant experience from 8 to 15 years

Should have worked in a people intensive manufacturing set up employing 2000+ people 
Overseas experience is preferred
Should be an expert in payroll processing 
Savvy / masters in Excel, Pivot table, V look up 
Responsible for a team of payroll administrators
Team handling player and good communicator
Should have good knowledge into compliances and regulations
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and could have manage the own time limits effectively
Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills
