Role: To control and deliver the planning in coordination with operation and maintenance department for various planning activities.
Prior Experience: Should have relevant experience in handling the planning team and update the performance through report generation on periodic basis to the top management.
Preferred Industry Experience: Should have above 4 years of experience into area of planning/MIS preferably from the power plants.
Functional/Technical Responsibilities:
a) Heading the planning/MIS in the power plant and responsible for periodic update regarding the performance of the plant.
b) Development of daily, monthly reports and submission to management.
c) To closely monitor compliance of maintenance department for adherence to PM schedules, OM Check List, SMP's, SOP's, change over schedules etc.
d) To generate Root Cause Analysis reports in cases of breakdowns keeping in view various factors to assist management in decision making to avoid recurrence of such breakdowns in future
