Extensive RF design, Planning, Integration, optimization and performance tuning for LTE green field networks

Extensive experience in Field test strategies, planning and execution for LTE green field networks

Hands on experience in troubleshooting complex RF issues like throughput, cell edge performance, VoLTE etc. using various debugging tools

Solid hands on experience with RF planning tools like Atoll, ASSET, Planet, XCAL etc

The candidate will also create and manage hardware configurations, network parameters, and performance counters.

The responsibilities include leading a team of RF engineers and interfacing with the RF designers and the vRAN vendors to resolve technical barrier

Extensive experience in VoLTE deployment and log analysis/debugging

Should be independently handle and resolve technical barrier during design and deployment of LTE network

Excellent understanding of LTE architecture, protocol layers, LTE vRAN configurations and RAN feature like Link adaptation, Power control, VoLTE, RoHC, TTI Bundling, DRX, CA, Mobility

Experience with Nokia LTE radio is plus

Experience in vRAN deployment is plus

2+ years experience
