    Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for various products such as Transformer oils, process oils, Industrial and automotive lubricants, greases, etc. in Auto, Power, Rubber, Cosmetics, Life sciences and other industries
    Map territory to identify new customer groups (Industrial consumers and Channel partners) to market various products
    Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
    Preparing detailed yearly volume Budgets for the assigned clients/markets
    Conduct business meetings with potential clients, understand their business requirements and accordingly offer suitable products
    Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
    Effectively plan pricing strategies in coordination with the reporting Manager
    Create periodic reports with sales and financial data
    Ensure client/product wise forecast collection, facilitating Raw Material and Production planning
    Coordinate with the relevant Logistics/operation teams for timely delivery of products
    Handling end to end operations for the key local customers
    Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints/objections
    Develop, and Train Channel partners on product specifications and unique selling points
    Ensure Cordial Customer relations; meeting and exceeding customer expectations about product delivery timelines and quality within the set budgetary boundaries
    Ensure all Collection targets are met with in the stipulated timelines
    MUST BE BASED in the UAE or MUST HAVE prior experience of working in the UAE in Industrial sales
    Should have adequate exposure in handling BtoB sales.
    Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    Proven ability to independently drive the sales process from plan to close 
    Strong business sense and industry expertise (preferable)
    3+ years experience
