Telephonic Interview for Brand Manager and Marketing & Sales Manager, Qatar

Brand Manager (Tandoor Operations)
    • Should establish the restaurant business plan by surveying the demand; conferring with people in the community; identify and evaluate competitors; prepare financial, marketing and sales projections and estimates.
    • Minimum 10-15 years
    • Should be able to independently conduct marketing campaign to develop the Brand and improvise the P&L Statement.
    • Should be able to meet the restaurant financial objectives by estimating requirements, prepare strategic and annual forecast and budgets analyze variances, initiate corrective actions; establish and monitor financial controls; develop and implement strategies to increase average meal checks; increasing sales; improving profits.
    • Should be able achieve the budgeted Sales Revenues and profitability by developing restaurant functions, party catering and implementing sales promotions and marketing programs.

    • Should have Hands-on operational controls of all outlets and ensure smooth operation of entire restaurant.
    • Prepare and submit weekly / monthly progress reports on Restaurant operations.
    • Create a good team work by staff motivation and implementation of the performance-based staff incentives, promotions/ increments and staff welfare program
    • Ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2005) & HSE (ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007) are implemented and maintained within the department.
    • Strong analytical skills, business savvy and ability to multi task are all essential.
    • GULF Experience with Arabic knowledge/ Driving License will be preferred.
    • Age Group: 30 to 45 Years

  • Marketing & Sales Manager - Catering Services

    • Graduate, preferably with MBA from a reputed institute.
    • Minimum 10-15 years
    • Shall establish a plan to market our Contract Catering & Food Services (FS) Business activities to secure new Service Contracts and generate sales revenue, within the given guidelines, time frame and agreed budget.
    • Shall conduct extensive market research and competitor mapping activities leading to future strategies; identification of opportunities related to hospitality & allied services & thereafter their conversion into contracts.
    • Shall contribute extensively towards devising the complete Annual Marketing and Business plan & achieve the objectives set for sales volume, market share
    • Shall introduce & promote M/s IFS-Global Venture Group between the international contractors and multinational companies to secure new FS & FM Contracts in companies and Institutions.

    • Shall be responsible in preparing costing / proposals for the new projects and timely submission of proposals in response to tenders / client enquiries.
    • You shall develop good working / business relations with existing clientele to improve and secure additional trading business, referral business
    • Shall be responsible for preparing and timely submission of MIS and Sales Review Reports to the Management.
    • Strong analytical skills, business savvy and ability to multi task are all essential
