Job Roles : Manager Maintenance & Utility
• Attend all jobs in Capsule Manufacturing Unit and Formulation Block.
• You will have to train and develop local Togolese personnel and make them understand quality systems.
• Maintaining all the equipment up to date by planning regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for troubleshooting in All machines and equipment.
• Handle HVAC System (AHU and Chillers)
• Compliance for safety, sanitation and environmental guidelines.
• Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical developments estimating costs and project timescales.
• Testing installations and systems, and analyzing test data.
• Plan and control Spares utilization. Technical drawing of spares or parts which require customization or modification using computer assisted programs or other means.
• To follow all documentation and system as per WHO norms.
• Prepare department for periodical technical audits.
• As a Manager of Engineering Department you have to make sure your teams service is available always and upon breakdown you have to attend the same immediately irrespective of time schedule, either personally or though operators depends upon situation.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• 
  
• Create and Maintain documentation related to Engineering Department as per SOP.
• Compliance for safety, sanitation and environmental guidelines.


Brief description of the job profile is as follows: 

You will be responsible for maintenance and breakdown of Formulation, Laboratory and Utility area such as instrumentation, LAN, PLC wiring, Telephone, DG operation, AHU, Chiller, Purified Water System and control circuits of all machinery of pharmaceutical plant such as FBD, RMG, Tablet Press, Capsule Filling Machine, Tablet Coating Machine, Blister Packing Machines, Capsule Making Machine, QC Lab equipment such as Stability Chamber and other Equipment
