- Diploma / BHM with 3 -5 yrs exp required.
- Responsible for overall supervision of preparation and service of food and refreshments as well as
- cleanliness of kitchen and dining premises, to direct and oversee total day to day catering activities to
- include such duties as selecting and costing menu items, to supervise catering staff, should be able to
- delegate tasks and provide positive response in a case of crisis such as shortage of food prepared,
- more participants in a planned event etc. able to work without any Manager present to ensure highest
- standard of customer care.
- Supervise and provide support service to food preparation as defined by the catering service
- including any special dietary needs.
- Propose & Discuss menus within the guidelines issued; to arrange menu planning and its
- implementation in coordination with Executive Chef.
- The checking and recording of all food received, quantities of ingredients used and the number of
- meals produced and served.
- Good communication skill.
- Age Group between 20 & 35 Years
