We have Urgently required CRM Technical Consultant for Suadi Arabia-Jeddah for a reputed company

1) Job Description:

I. Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
• 2. Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for our clients
• 3. Interface with customer project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to elicit business and functional requirements
• 4. Function as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization and data integrity
• 5. Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios
• 6. Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer
• 7. Participate and/ or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes and other stages of project to ensure requirements are fulfilled
• 8. Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices and guidance from our customers to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end customer experience

2) Qualifications and Education Requirements:

A.Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Certified MS Dynamics CRM

B.Knowledge:

• Solid MS Dynamics CRM Development Experience including Plug-in development, Custom workflow, CRM form programming, Custom page integration, CRM Customization
• Strong .NET Development Experience including ASP.NET, AJAX, WCF, WF , Silverlight
• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
• Solid Understanding for the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
• Architect-level experience with medium to large, complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform enterprise design, implementations, and upgrades utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Solid Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services
• Experience in SQL Server Database Design, Scripting, SSRS, SSIS, stored procedures, web services and other integration solutions to be utilized in the development of CRM
