The applicant should be competent to carry out the following activities :-
1) Monitor and ensure that all operational safety controls are compiled to reduce the risks at all well sites.
2)Promote/demonstrate HSE expectations and HSE culture.
3)Promote collaboration between Company, contractors, & service partners to achieve positive behaviors and a safe work environment
4) Provide remedial action report in case of applied H2S emergencies
5) Participate to and audit PTW's (Permit to Work).
6) Promote HSE on site, motivate personnel to safe behavior and organize information campaigns
7) Co-ordination with safety personnel of contractors.
8) Provides support to the Emergency Response Team (ERT) in the event of an incident with wells implications
9) Preparation of Weekly, Monthly inspection reports.
10) Hosting HSE meeting and Interact with all the levels.
11) Inspection of vehicle, Plant, Equipment and machinery.
12)Motivating the entire workforce to maintain the safety culture as well as positive attitude to follow a Particular Safety Method to perform an activity.

14) Confirmed Man, Material & Equipment Safety arrangements at site.
15) Implementation of action plans as advised by HSE Manager.
16) Inspection of vehicle, Plant, Equipment and machinery &Inspection of Lifting Gear.
17) Inspection of Personal Protective Equipment.
18) Check entry permit before one enters confined space for adequate light and ventilation and ensuring precaution Configuring and upgrading health, safety and environmental systems.
19) Ensure that workforce work as per the set industry norms and adhere to the company policies while designing and maintaining the systems.
20) Encouraging Zero incident policy.
Must possess following Certificates :
1) NEBOSH IGC Level 1,2 & 3,
2) IOSH
3) OSHA
Minimum 5 Years on-site experience in core oil and gas inductry / work (not civil construction) is MUST and MANDATORY
