Electrical Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Should have minimum 7 to 10 years experience in Electrical Maintenance within a reputed process plant within the Petrochemical/ Oil/ Gas industries.

Candidate should have experience of electrical equipment installation, good understanding of various electrical drawings like lighting / power / cable routing / cable tray layout, panel schematic drawings, equipment data sheet, termination drawings etc. 

He should be able to supervise site activities carried out by other contractor including testing / commissioning of electrical equipment like power distribution boards, earth leakage relays, Motor control centers etc.

Turn Around Planner - Mechanical (Static Equipment's)

Qualification : OND Diploma or equivalent

Experience : Should have minimum 10 years' experience in engineering work in the Petrochemical or Power Generation industry, of which at least 5 years have been performed as Planner / Scheduler

Responsible for developing Work Packs that contain the relevant information and break the work down into logical activities and assigning resources, tools and equipment in order to complete the work in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsible for coordinating the planning of all supporting services for a particular job and carrying out a multi discipline site visit to the equipment during the planning to ensure all discipline's work is accounted for in the plan.
Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELTS 6 Equivalent).
Must be able to work with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages.
Must be fully aware of different pipes, gaskets and bolting materials (PEFS and piping class).
Must be familiar with the different welding techniques and its quality requirements.
Preferably should be able to prepare a 14 (fourteen) and 90 (ninety) day look-ahead work plan with different level detail for all the works of the CONTRACTOR.
Preferably should be able to work with Primavera P6 planning software packages. and have experience with resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.
Must be able to read isometric drawings for engineering repairs and small plant changes.
Must be able to prepare lifting plans.
Preferably have advanced level knowledge and experience with SAP-PM, CMMS and MS (Microsoft) Access Database along with other MS Office applications

Electrical and Instruments Planner

Qualification: Diploma/ Equivalent

Experience : Should have minimum 10 years of experience in engineering work in the Petrochemical or Power Generation industry, of which at least 5 years have been performed as E&I Planner / Scheduler.

Must have a fairly good knowledge & understanding of various process equipment
Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELTS 6 Equivalent).
Must be able to work with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages.
Must be aware of different pipes, gaskets and bolting materials (PEFS and piping class).
Must be able to read Instrumentation related technical documentation like data sheets, loop drawings, instrument location plans, hook-up drawings , single line diagram etc.
Must be able to identify and request for the appropriate materials and equipment for larger jobs.
Must be able to identify and request for the appropriate support services required during the execution of the work.
Must be able to identify the appropriate manpower and time required for the execution of the work
Must be able to work with Primavera P6 planning software packages. Must have experience with resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.
Must be able to plan/schedule work required for Projects work, new installations of field and smart instrumentation
Must be able to plan/schedule work required for engineering work and small plant changes.
Must be able to prepare a detailed work packs and plans for a small to medium shutdowns.
Preferably have advanced level knowledge and experience with SAP-PM, CMMS and MS (Microsoft) Access Database along with other MS Office applications.
must have good technical knowledge in Electrical /Instrumentations
