We are looking for talented and competitive Technical Support Engineer, who is responsible for handling post sales technical assistance and support services to our enterprise level customers. Which includes Troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and resolution, maintenance releases and updates advise. They also work closely with sales team to handle project implementation services to business clients. This role requires handling of support and deployment activities of our core products via remote sessions and on-site client visits.

Required Candidate profile
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science or IT. Fortinet NSE 4 is mandatory and other Cyber security similar certification is a plus.
