Sr. Sales Engineer for Majees Technical Services LLC, Oman

 Majees Technical Services LLC is a leading Fire & Safety, Security & Telecom EPC Turnkey solution provider in Sultanate of Oman

This position is responsible for Sales and Marketing of Fire Detection and Fire Fighting Systems


SALES

  1. Responsible for Sales activities in all aspects for entire range of Fire Detection and Fighting systems for the Life Safety Division, to map the clients successfully to bag the targeted business and Divn Objectives.
  2. Achievement of Business objectives and expectations, in all aspects.
  3. Drive the Technicalities within the teams to get desired results.
  4. Responsible for All Presentations [Sales, Technical and Project Management] during Pre-Sales and post-award Kick off meetings.
  5. Relationship management with Team/ consultants / Clients / Suppliers
  6. Implement Business Strategy in close Coordination with team and all stake holders.
  7. Maintain profitability in the Product lines as per the Business Plan.
  8. Responsible for marketing and Majees visibility.
  9. Knowledge of Markets, Customers & Competitors.
  10. Should be aware of the local market conditions. Aware of local statutory laws.
  11. Awareness of environmental trends and new business opportunities.

General

  1. To ensure team attitude and performance
  2. Receivables are collected. Statutory compliance.
  3. To keep up the vendor and supplier relations and business expectations.

Required Candidate profile


Qualification - B.E/ B. TECH in Mechanical + MBA & PMP certifications are an advantage.


Experience -

  1. Relevant experience of 6-8 years of Sales in Fire Business, especially Fire Fighting for Industrial Clients.
  2. Preferred experience of 2 years in hardcore Sales Experience in turnkey large scale Fire projects for Oil & Gas ,Power Plant and Commercial industries.
  3. Knowledge and Experience in handling sales and marketing of below product lines including overall design knowledge as per international standards, specifically EN, UL, FM, LPCB etc
  4. a. Fire Fighting [Gas, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Foam etc]
  5. b. Fire and Gas Systems
  6. c. Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
  7. d. Fire Doors and Accessories
  8. e. Life Safety Systems and Latest Technologies.
    1. Generating Sales Enquiries and business development as required.
    2. Strong presentation and communication skills required.
    3. Experience in managing large team is mandatory.
    4. Shows drive for results and takes initiatives.
    5. Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently.
    6. Able to handle technical and commercial meetings independently and presenting successfully with the stake holders
