JOB DESCRIPTION:

Electrical Technician

Nature of Work:

-Perform preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance and testing of all electrical

equipment's in the plant to maintain the availability and reliability of the process facilities.

-Isolate and energize Low Voltage LV and High Voltage HV motors, UPS, transformers,

generators and Other electrical circuits as per Company's enabling certificate authorization, which includes carrying out the skilled electrical fault finding, diagnosis and troubleshooting of high and low voltage equipment.

• Understanding of Testing procedures for relays/ equipment and handling electrical

equipment.

• Understanding on hazardous area classification and installation and maintenance of Ex proof

electrical equipment.

Instrument and Control Technician

Nature of Work:

-Perform preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance, and testing of all Plant

Instrument Process Monitoring, Control Protective equipment with applicable procedures and guidelines.

-Carry out routine and preventive maintenance work, repair and testing of all instrument systems in

line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and standards to fulfil the requirements of the work request or work order.

• Carry out preventive maintenance activities maintenance and participate In the

assigned plant shutdown activities and ensure timely completion of job activities.

• Thorough working knowledge in the field of instrumentation and control. Competency

in the maintenance of control loops, PLC's and DCS

• Understanding of Testing procedures for relays/ equipment and handling engineering

equipment

• Knowledge of CMMS systems like Maximo, SAP

Mechanical Technician

Nature of Work:

-Perform preventive, breakdown and shutdown mechanical maintenance activities of plant equipment to support production, quality, and safety requirements.

-Carry out assigned routine and preventive maintenance, including replacing worn or

damaged parts and arranging for test runs as necessary to ensure safe operations.

• Carry out major overhaul of equipment, check clearances precisely and determine the usage I

replacement of parts for continuous equipment availability.

• Good working knowledge about repairs, maintenance servicing and overhaul of

of static and rotating equipments, in oil and gas plants.

• Conversant with usage of measuring and testing instruments.

• Knowledge of HSE procedures & practices.

• Planning and Organising, Scheduling and Co-ordinating, Checking, Examining and

Recording.

Workshop Technician

Nature of Work:

-Perform preventive, breakdown and shutdown workshop maintenance and repair activities of plant

equipment to support production, quality, and safety requirements.

-Carry out repair, calibration and testing of PSVs, Control valves, Isolation Valves and

refurbishment of mechanical seals. Balancing of rotors (turbine, compressor, turbine and

pumps) as per plant requirements.

• Carry out the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of Electronic Overhead Train

(EOT) cranes and preventive maintenance of workshop machines as per their schedule.

• Carry out assigned routine and preventive maintenance and repair, including replacing

worn or damaged parts and arranging for test runs as necessary to ensure safe operations.

• Carryout high pressure testing of manifold, pipes and static equipment, i.e. pressure

vessels, heat exchangers etc.

• Carry out major overhaul of equipment, check clearances precisely and determine the

usage I replacement of parts for continuous equipment availability.

• Good working knowledge about repairs, maintenance servicing and overhaul of Static and

Rotating Mechanical equipment in oil and gas and petrochemical plants workshops.

Mechanical Technicians AED 2500 - 2800

Electrical Technicians AED 2500 - 2800

Instrument & Control Technicians AED 3000 - 3300

Workshop Technicians AED 3000 - 3300

1. Food, Accommodation, Insurance and Transport to be provided by the company

2. Duty: 8hrs / day and 6 days / week

3. Overtime: As per UAE Labor Law

4. Annual Leave: 30 days after completion of one year with a flight ticket to home country

Minimum 6 years of experience in maintaining and repairing of static and rotating

equipment within a large industrial plants, in the Oil and Gas industry.
