QA Associate for Canada

Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidate having P.R of Canada and will be based at (Canada, Ontario) and will be responsible for quality assurance for R&D labs manufacturing of semi-solid dosage forms (Nasals, Injectables, Ointments)
• You will be review and approve SOPs, STPs and validation protocols & CAPA, Deviations and OOS investigations
• You will perform preventative maintenance, mapping, calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment such as stability chambers, fridge, freezer and instruments that need to be calibrated and mapped
• You will review calibration standards of instruments such as; weights, pipettes, temperatures, thermometers, timers, hygrometers, FloCat Volumetric Differential Pressure Meter, ACI(A) cascade, etc., send the instruments for calibration based on the calibration requirements
• You will create and prepare SOPs and protocols, review drafted SOPs and implement the
• Procedures Issue CCRs/ Logbooks/ laboratory notebooks and follow up with proper documentation.
• You will ensuring all the work perform in the laboratories are GMP compliance
• You will follow up with the deviations related to CMO batch manufacturing record and make sure proper CAPA is in place on CMO manufacturing site
• You will Work with the QA Manager to ensure effective and efficient processes Support adherence to departmental daily process
• You will Assist the Quality Assurance Manager to monitor and maintain high quality standards and Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be currently working in Canada . He/ She should be Degree or Post Graduate in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, chemical engineering, medical laboratory science, minimum 5 years of experience in a development laboratory and / or CMO setting.
• You should have good experience in calibration of equipment handling
• Great attitude and motivated to learn new skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• You should be proficient with standard office computer technology such as Microsoft Office products.
• Candidate should have P.R of Canada
