Senior BIM Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation and revision of all project stage from Concept, design development, tender & construction documents.
• Strong computer, technical and communication skills are essential and required.
• Coordinate all project disciplines with architecture drawing.
• Prepare a full coordinated BIM model.
• Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner s BIM Standards
• Ensure that project teams use client approved systems for managing BIM process, files and submittals correctly
• Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
• Manage and provide technical value to the appointed Engineering Consultants for project design phase.
• Managing the 3D coordination process for multiple construction projects
• Confirming the solutions designed in the working Stage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience of managing the 3D coordination process for multiple construction projects.
• This position requires excellent proficiency with Autodesk Revit. Knowledge of other construction design software's such as Navis work, BIM Cobic.
• Due to the collaborative nature of coordination using BIM tools, candidate must also have the ability to seek out and resolve issues through close interaction with other project team members.
• The Sr. Architect will coordinate all BIM Logistics (BIM Models, Emails, File sharing, etc.) of construction projects.
  Qualifications: B.Arch. , M. Arch with a minimum of 12 years of experience comprehensive of 3 years of experience in BIM design, preferably in GCC countries.
• Knowledge of 4D and 5D simulation will be added advantage

BIM Modeller
