Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the sales funnel and optimize the conversion across all stage
• Build and manage the sales team for servicing the funnel and counseling for admission in order to achieve the targets
• Train and mentor the team to ensure that each person is meeting their potential
• Timely monitoring and review of counselors for performance upkeep
• Create smart reports for the organization, management, and the sales team to reflect upon the performance
• Build a robust system of data collection and analysis in order to identify gaps in the sales process and fill them with relevant measures
• Build a sales forecasting mechanism for the organization
• Identify the needs of prospective students and provide relevant counseling using various media
• Own the B2B sales segment and achieve the set targets
• Along with the marketing team, build omnichannel communication and engagement plan in order to ensure optimum conversion across the funnel
• Own the CRM and put in place best practices for the platforms involved
• Work closely with the marketing, and academic teams to provide feedback from prospective students
• Forecast, and convert demand across markets for company's growth and expansion plans

Desired Candidate Profile

3 - 7 Years of industry experience

Proven track record in Counseling and Business Development for Executive Programs

Outward looking and pleasing Personality - Females preferred

High level business acumen and critical thinking skills

Professional work ethics
