Production Supervisor 

Reports to : Head

• Gender : Male
• Qual. & Exp. : Min 5+ years, and B.SC / B. PHARMA
• Accommodation : Stay & Food will be taken care by company Ready passport mandtory.
• Age : 33 UPTO
• Mandatory : Fluent Communication Skills

Responsibilities and Mandatory Experience

1. B.Sc/B.Pharma.

2. Worked in Pharmaceuticals Formulation division.

3. Tablet Manufacturing, Packaging well known knowledge.

4. Liquid, Syrups, Suspension Manufacturing, Packaging well known knowledge.

5. Well known in trouble shooting and to overcome knowledge in formulation.

6. Raw and Packaging materials knowledge.

7. Well known in all production operations.

8. Daily, Weekly, Monthly plan of Raw and packaging materials.

9. Work force, manpower management and duly administration.

10. Factory floor cleaning, and maintain throughout continuous process.

11. Equipment’s cleaning and time to time make sure for production use.

12. DM,RO,water distribution sampling, analysis.

13. Well known knowledge and maintain in HVAC, Air Handling System in factory premises.

14. To maintain all Sop's, documents for all audits with in house team.

15. Well known in computer literature.

Maintenance Operator

1. Should well know to handle Pharmaceuticals machines.
2. Complete Tablet line manufacturing and packaging line (Blisters, Stripping etc.)
3. In compounding Liquid syrup, suspension line.
4. Complete liquid packaging line.
5. Utility instruments like Steam boiler, Air compressor, Vacuum pumps, Generators gas and Diesels, Air conditioner, various pumps,
6. DM water treatment plant with water distribution system with storage tank (steam jacket), PH, conductivity meter, UV light, regeneration, softening, sanitation.
7. Utility like HVAC and Air Handling System, safety cabinet, RLAF (Reverse Laminar Air Flow) in dispensing and sampling’s area.
8. Epoxy floor.
9. Mechanical side strong, also knowledge of Electrical fixtures about panels.
10. Knowledge of various mechanical, electrical spares, vendors price negotiations.

Qualification: Diploma/ BE in Mechanical + MBA
