Assistant/ Deputy General Manager - Security for Aarti Steel Nigeria Ltd., Nepal / Nigeria

 Basic function:

Maintain a discipline at factory and responsible for overall security of Man, Material and Property .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall security of Plant, Employees and Material.
• Able to handle with Workers, Expats, Visitors and Provide Security to Management Staff.
• To keep management aware about Workers activities and Community.
• To investigate minor offences like theft, pilferage, sabotage and submit detailed report.

• Handle Civil police cases of major incidents, theft cases after discussion with management and regular follow up of the cases.
• Strict checking of incoming/outgoing workers and employees for carrying unauthorised items.
• Strict checking of incoming/outgoing vehicles for their proper documents and other unauthorized items.
• Helping management in emergency like strike, workers agitation, Union Activity etc.
• Responsible for finalization of Security Contract and process of monthly billing.
• Keeping close vigilance on company workers, Contract workers and employees activities.
• Management and Monitoring CCTV cameras and keep informing management about the same.
• Periodic maintenance of security equipments in house.
• Preparing and reviewing security SOP time to time.
• Responsible for good decorum of company at main gate and inside premises.

• Responsible for good behaviour and response to visitors and vendors visiting company.

• Responsible for proper scrap disposal by keeping close eye on loading points by putting trained security guards and continuous supervision.

• To share safety talk with workers on regular intervals by making them understand the value of safety of company material as well as their own security.

Qualification and Background:

Must be a degree holder from reputed University of India and must have served Defense Force/Arm Force/Boarder Security Force not less than Rank of Major
