Technician/ Electrician
Roles and Responsibilities
* Have Knowledge in repairing equipment's (AC, Hot kitchen Cabins)
*Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
* Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
* Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
* Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
* Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
* Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
* Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
* Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps. * Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors.
* Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
* Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.
Desired Candidate Profile
* At least 5-10 years of experience in the electrical field.
* Previous overseas experience preferred.
* Preferred Age - 30-45 Years
* Any Graduation
Assistant Service Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
- Plan food and beverage menus considering clients preferences and special requests (for example healthy meals for children)
- Determine requirements in ingredients and set portions
- Schedule staff shifts
- Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel
- Oversee food prep and customer service
- Report on expenses
- Manage stock and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Arrange food tastings with potential customers
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min 5 Yrs Work experience as a Catering Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Understanding of food hygiene
- Hands-on experience with creating menus from scratch
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances
- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays
- Certification in hospitality or culinary management is a plus
- Gulf Experience preferred
- Should be able to manage 50 staff and can manage 25 maximum parties per day during high season
Biryani Chef (Catering Services)
Roles and Responsibilities
* We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef.
(specialization in Tandoor and Biryanis will be advantageous)
* Must have knowledge in Indian cuisine
* Must know how to prepare Biryani, Tandoori, Masala and samosa
* Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
* Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
* Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs Supervise kitchen staffs activities
* Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs Recruit and manage kitchen staff Rectify arising
problems or complaints
* Give prepared plates the final touch Perform administrative duties Comply with nutrition and
sanitation regulations and safety standards
* Keep time and payroll records Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Desired Candidate Profile
* Proven working experience as sous / head chef
* Excellent record of kitchen management Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
* Capable of delegating multiple tasks Communication and leadership skills
* Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
* Age 25 -45 Preferred
