• Co-Ordination with other departments along with running Operations.
• Assigning the work to Shift Engineers, supervisors and Technicians.
• Directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.
• Participate actively in the work management process to ensure work is executed safety, efficiently and effectively.
• Negotiating long with purchase department for and releasing of the AMC/CAMCs with the service Providers.
• Annual Maintenance, preventive and shut down works on various types of equipments.
• Planning and coordination with cross functions for preventive maintenance of the all critical equipments.
• Operations and Maintenance of PT/CT Transformer, Diesel Generators and LT Motors.
• Operation and Maintenance of MCC and HT & LT Control panels. • Operation and Maintenance of APFCP panel.
• Operation and maintenance of UPS system.

• Operation and Maintenance of Lifts & Elevators
• Operation and Maintenance of HVAC Systems (AHU, CSU, TFA, FCU, Chillers, Ductble A/C, Split A/C, VRF, VRV Systems, Tower A/C and Window A/C).
• Operation and Maintenance of Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), VCBs. and troubleshooting of AC, Motors, Genarators, and HVAC System
• Operation and Maintenance of STP plant.
• Operation and Maintenance of WTP Plant, RO Plant, Hemodialysis RO Plant
• Operation and Maintenance of Fire and safety Equipment’s and Hydrant Systems.
