This role is responsible for selling IMS offerings (Data Centre, Network and Security, Messaging and Collaboration, End-User Computing, Cloud Services, IT Service Management /GRC) directly or in collaboration with Vertical sales teams in-to different industry verticals. Must understand IMS service portfolio, new world solutions, deep market understanding, competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies to apply their sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners.
Sales leader with a strong understanding of RIM/IMS outsourcing services with proven success and experience in net new business development (Hunting) and demonstrated revenue growth consistently in the past.
Very adept in creating new business ideas and plans; create sales strategies with a relentless focus to grow the top-line.
Understand customer pain points and articulate relevant Solutions to address these pain points. Has to be a self-starter and highly self-motivated.
Good understanding of Technology landscape
Develop solutions to address customer pain points in co-ordination with solution architects (PreSales), articulate solutions to customers addressing customer pain points, conduct sales presentations
Consistent in growing net new business and new pipeline
Exposure to product, platform alliances & partner centric GTMs

Minimum of 14 and Max 20 years of Sales experience in selling IT Services in the International markets and at least 5 years in RIM /IMS services
Must understand Infrastructure Services and should have exposure to ITIL
IMS Presales experience preferred
Strong Leadership and goal oriented approach.
Good communication and presentation skills (frequent engagement with Sr Management)
Ability to drive designed strategic initiatives to execution
Should have demonstrated thought leadership and business innovation to increase sales pipeline and managed an inside sales/cold calling team
