* To provide efficient service and meaningful experiences.
* Responsible for guest registration process and Communication of hotel services and promotions.
* Anticipate guest's needs & ensure that all guest's requirements during their stay. 


To answer all telephone enquiries promptly and handle it professionally
and accurately. Ensure all reservations are made by following the sales
guidelines as they are noted in the reservations system (EPABX)
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH
