Responsible for Office Administration
Taking care of incoming and outgoing mail / calls.
Act as a first point of contact for Managers / HOD.
Organize & Minute the Meetings
Coordinate for all travelling assistance required, with Hotel for any accommodation required for guests / staff
Coordinate for Visa for Staff duty travels
Taking care of all correspondence
File documents and take up jobs assigned from time to time.
Attend to guests and visitors.
