As Engagement Director, this person will hold overall responsibility for all BPO services provided to the assigned Capgemini account(s). Responsibilities include full accountability for outsourcing operations across delivery centers including but not limited to: R2R, O2C and P2P. This person takes full accountability for delivering on our promises to our clients. Client satisfaction and the delivery of high quality services is a critical component of the role. Our BPO organization operates on a global scale. Staffing oversight would include up to 10 direct reports as well as the management up to several hundred team members located around the globe. Candidate must have experience with managing a large P&L at either one large account, or a portfolio of accounts, as well as a proven track record in successfully building a practice through sales at existing, and new logo accounts. This is a West Coast based opportunity and candidate should expect to be at client(s) location Monday- Friday.

Other duties include:

Full responsibility for account development and achieving financial performance goals
Driving new scope and growth within the account
Supporting sector growth as required
Client relations and overall client satisfaction
Negotiate change requests while seeking appropriate approvals and adhering to corporate policies
Overseeing staffing development and recruiting as needed
Coordinate and lead governance meetings with the client as required
Addressing escalations and business issues as required
