* Job responsibilities are as below:
Production :
Develop efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets business objectives, production goals and schedule at minimal manufacturing costs.
Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs and exceed customers expectations through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
Process :
Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need.
Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving.
Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
Work directly with department heads to coordinate purchasing, production and distribution operations.
Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
Ensure compliance with the companys policies and procedures for self and department.
Safety :
Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
Staff :
Design instituting policies and procedures, and give performance reviews and motivate staff to meet production goal.
Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
Qualification:
Degree in Business / Industrial Management or Engineering
