Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
Should be at least a graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to take full responsibility independently of operation and maintenance of all the mechanical and refrigeration equipments like blast freezers, chillers, cold storage, ice plant, cookers and boilers.
Knowledge of functioning of various packaging equipments like vacuum, tray packaging machines.
An experience of 5 years with minimum of 2 years experience in refrigeration equipments.
Hands on experience in various compressors like screw, reciprocating compressors (Gram,Grasso,Kirloskar) will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in working in a seafood company.
Knowledge of documentation for HACCP and various external audits for the certification is a must.
