Maintains corporate policies and standards aimed at maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs related to the acquisition, implementation and operation of IT systems.

6. Manage ARC with Vendor for various Infrastructures.
7. Define AMC needs for IT Infrastructure, Maintain warrantee records.
8. Prepare IT infrastructure revenue and Capital Budget.
9. Contribute to build and implement IT Policy & IT Security Policy.
10. Develops and implements user-training programs.
