Experience: 2 to 5 yrs.
* To provide advisory services to the clients relating to Corporate Laws
* Well versed with the provisions of Companies Act, FEMA and Rules framed there under To handle the matters relating to Labour Laws To handle the Arbitration matters
Drafting of petitions to be submitted before the courts/tribunals
Having understanding of JV agreement
Candidate : LLB or LLM Female Candidate from Dubai
Fluent in English and Arabic (MUST)
Accommodation will be provided by the company
Exp 2 to 5 yrs
