*Procurement planning and float inquiries for various items required for construction projects.
*Negotiate with vendors and close purchase orders as per requirements.
*Follow-up for timely deliveries with vendors and follow ups with a/cs for payment.
*Monitor site procurements in the respective clusters.
*Good knowledge of taxes/duties prevailing in the country as well as duty exemption procedures.
*Sound knowledge of U.A.E market.
*Planning and monitoring the logistics of procured items.

Candidate should be dynamic, with a vision to explore and exploit the business potential in this niche area.
