    • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development.
    • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action.
    • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential, coaching and counseling managers and employees.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • The Candidate should be from Indian Origin with a work experience in Malaysia.
  • 4 to 5 years of Experience in HR generalist profile.
  • The Candidate must be familiar with the Malaysian Laws and regulations.
  • The Candidate should have hands on experience on Training and development.
