• To do proper Man power planning, execute the Talent Acquisition process and ensure optimum staff level in all branches/ departments at all times.
  • To do the Training need analysis, design training modules and provide training for all the employees depending on their job responsibility levels and taking into consideration the organization vision and mission.
  • To develop various HR policies adhering to the organizational vision and core values.
  • To ensure that the performance appraisals are done in a time-bound and fair manner.

  • MBA (Human Resources) with progressive leadership experience in Human Resource positions, of which at least 1 year in a Human Resource Supervisory/Officer role. 
  • Proven ability in communicating within a multicultural workforce.
  • Certification in Human Resources is an added advantage. 
  • Experienced MBA graduate having 3-4 years of professional experience in HR functions in a multinational organization.
