Experienced technical & operational leader should be able to drive 15+ people team.
Experience working on all stages of project development life-cycle.
Ability to manage geographically spread technical teams.
Hands on technical experience on project and people management.
Leads account growth and sustenance through pre-sales support and constant engagement with customer.
Drives innovations to improve customer service at account level.
Create new business through existing customer as well as find opportunity from new customers.
Technical Skill [Required] :
Strong fundamentals & problem solving skill.
Hands-on experience of embedded firmware development or embedded software development & project management.
Experience in preparing Technical Proposal & effort estimation.
Experience in C/C++ & Linux, BSP, Device Driver.
Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
Soft Skills [Required] :
Positive attitude & handling team.
Good analytical skills.
Hungry for growth.
Problem solving.
Quick learner.
Knowledge of Japanese language (JLPT N2 is Must).
Experience of working in Japan for at least 2 years.
