Job Description
    Meet sales targets in the specified region and in line with the organizational business objectives and strategy across technologies
    Responsibility of managing a team of Business Development Managers and ensuring that individuals targets are achieved
    Lead generation through inside sales team and self-initiative of partnership models
    Manage the proposal development process in coordination with the pre-sales / delivery team and maintain the time-lines for the proposal 
    Understands clients' needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus 
    Build and maintain excellent relationships with principals sales organization in the relevant geography
    Maintain the Business Development databases
    Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.
    Experience Required
    At least 15 years + including 5+ of IT industry experience selling ERP (Microsoft, SAP, Infor, Oracle) solutions and services 
    Have worked in the KSA market in sales role for at least 2+ years
    Good understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them to the pre-sales team
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts
    Understanding of geographic business models for IT industry and ability to strategies business plan with principals and partners
    Should have valid Iqama (Work Permit).
    Candidate should be Indian Citizen.
    Qualification Required
    MBA with specialization in Sales with experience in a relevant field
