Job Description / Responsibilities
Handle Mechanical Utilities including and not limited to Air/Water cooled Chillers upto 800Tr in all factories and group asset in Sheraton Hotel.
Chillers of York/Career and other makes along with Pumps and Motors mainly Grundfoss/Armstrong make and related pipelines and Control panels with PLC's and VFD's. This position calls for Time bound maintenance and availability of all assets all times without fail in factories as well in Sheraton Hotel.
Additionally the candidate is expected to handle compressors both screw and reciprocating type of following makes Viz., Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco and Boge in both High Pressure upto 45 Bar and Low Pressure upto 8 Bar. This also includes possessing thorough fault finding skill ,maintenance knowledge ,time bound performing routine, periodical maintenance bothe Electrical and Mechanical including PLC's ,VFD's and other accessories, spare parts ,management and safe upkeep of all assets
