Cost Engineer - Electrical & Instrument
Quantity Surveyor - Electrical
Quantity Surveyor - Instrument
The ideal candidate must have 5+ yrs of exp in O&G construction with the following skills:-
Preparation & review of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Man hours calculations .
Preparation of payment & variation/amendment tracking, Budget monitoring & preparation of monthly cost management report .
Review of IFC Drawings and Issuing of Technical Queries.
Issuing Material Requests (MR) to Procurement department
Estimation, BoQ & Cost Validation.
Project schedule with resource allocation & Manpower S-Curve, Manhours Spent & Earned.
Vast experience of handling E&I Manpower in Construction projects with mobilisation and demob plan.
Project cost management against allocated budget & validation
