Minimum 8-10 Years working experience in garment factory. Strong technical background to tackle and solve fitting and workmanship issues. Tertiary education preferably bachelor holder in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Proficiency in GSD and LEAN is preferred.
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in garment factories
2. Must have experience in working with established European / American buyers
3. Experience in leading a team
4. Experience in working on target and achieving it
5. Excellent command over spoken & written English
6. Proficient in office and power point software
7. Good team player, independent, self-motivated, initiative and flexible with tight deadline.
8. Strong management skill.
9. Having a design talent and understand pattern and sewing technique is a plus
