Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for vetting and screening all potential hires
- Communicates daily with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Meets with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and prepare job descriptions
- Responsible for assisting with New Hire Orientation
- Other projects as assigned by Recruiting Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting experience required in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Full cycle recruiting experience preferred
- Must have great communication and problem-solving skills
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains a positive attitude and works well with the team
