Electrical Engineer - Industrial Buildings
- Supervise the quality of work and safety measures at site.
- Conduits laying in slabs as per drawing.
- Study of shop drawings and planning work schedule
- Supervise the quality of work and safety measures at site.
- Co-ordinate with vendor testing commissioning team and full-fill their requirements.
- Wiring in flat as per drawings.
- Making of daily reports and work schedule.
- Making of material schedule using the drawings.
- Supervising the labor and achieving the target of the works.
- HT\LT cable lying, telephone wiring, CCTV cabling, light and power wiring and various tray, Bus duct and race way works.
- Installation Testing copper, chemical G.I Plate & Pipe Earthing.
- Planning and the execution of all electrical works as per site conditions.
- Installation of cable tray as per the drawings.
- Wiring for lighting and power sockets.
- Supervising all the LT systems like: Lighting, Power, CCTV, Fire alarm, PA systems. Outdoor Lighting,
- Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, PA systems, Street Light & Foundation work, G.I. Plate Earthing & Testing.
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma holder with 5 to 10 years of experience in construction of Industrial buildings.
- AutoCAD Knowledge is a must.
- Decent personality and communication skills
Mechanical Engineer - Steel Fabrication
- Study tender document and coordinate with estimation team for bidding and pricing of a contract.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, architects, Fabrication drawing and erection drawing.
- Preparing Bill of quantity, Inspect test plan, Quality assurance plan, Erection methodology, SHE plan and other relevant documents; managing tender quotation.
- Coordinate with procurement department for material procurement.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, execution of structural fabrication and erection works.
- PEB construction.
- Millwright erection and assembly.
- Structural and machinery erection troubleshooting.
- Preparing testing and commissioning plans in accordance and convenience with client and other contractors.
- Monitor all piping installation and modification works.
- Modify and revise detailed technical process and procedure development instructions for steel structure erection.
- Supervising ground assembly for main column with girder to compose frames which can be Lifted and erected at once and reduce time consuming processes.
- Confer with and report to officials and the public to provide information and solicit support for projects.
- Supervising erection of dressing.
- Manpower and other resources handling.
- Keep on schedule and achieve the target.
- Inventory report and site accounts management.
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma holder with 5 to 10 years of experience in steel fabrication preferably in PEB (Pre Engineered Buildings).
- AutoCAD knowledge is a must.
- Decent personality and communication skills
Civil Engineer - Industrial Buildings
- Project Monitoring Structure execution/Execution of projects, Quantity and Quality.
- Controlled Execution as per Architectural, Structural& Construction drawing like Setting out drawing
- Layout Drawings, Cladding Drawings etc.
- Communicate at all level within the organization for any change required as per site conditions.
- Direct meeting with Architect, Consultants and vendors for the planning and solutions for the Project
- Execution obstructions. Face the vendors and their problems.
- Checking the Bill As per site & Drawing
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly work Schedules.
- Preparation of hand sketch drawings for soft day dumping.
- Preparation of hand sketch drawings for Good Earth filling.
- Planning for site work Execution, prepare survey results submitted to consultant.
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma holder with 5 to 10 years of experience in construction of Industrial buildings.
- AutoCAD Knowledge is a must.
- Decent personality and communication skills
