Our client has it base in 5 star hotels in Turkey.
Spa Therapist Requirements :
Proven work experience as a spa therapist
Good English communication
Hands on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapies
Intensive training and expertise
Ability to manage clients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Drive to learn and grow on a constant basis
Good interpersonal communication skills
Valid license to practice spa therapies
Spa Therapist Responsibilities:
Greet clients and explain the process of the spa experience
Review and update client profile forms and customise treatments to address client needs and contraindications
Acknowledge and respond to relevant client queries, needs and expectations
Perform spa treatments
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care
Develop packages or massage courses using a variety of treatment options
Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area
Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving comfort, flexibility and balance
Following scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms
Uphold personal and generel hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Manage levels of professional stock and supplies
Reference and abide by the spa's Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
Duty Hours: 10 hours/ 1 day off weekly
