Job description
Monitor the extrusion n printing process on the line (PVC N ABS)
Make alternative plans using knowledge & experience
Implement the plan by R&D and put in the actual production process
Standardized the production using the agreed process
Make the process, operator -friendly and train the operating staff
Productivity study, monitor and report
Scrap utilization
Help and monitor Production planning
Generate productivity report and coordinate weekly/monthly meeting with other department
Responsible for debottlenecking production process and compound/resin and sub material feed stock.
Maintain discipline at all levels for leave attendance and duties. Enforce.
Develop and up-to-date production manual of the process.
Coordinate with Technical service and sales team
Participate all developmental activities of company for expansion and diversification
Computer friendly
