HR/ Accounting Operations Manager for Qatar

Urgently looking for HR /Accounting Operations Manager for Qatar    

Industry-Landscaping / Farm / Agriculture 

Minimum of Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of exp. required.

Job Description : Candidates must have exposure in Landscape / Agriculture / Animal Farms or two of them.

I. Oversee the day to day operations of the organization and ensure that the Operations has the staff, resources and funds needed to run smoothly

II. Responsible for the performance of all department managers and supervisors, with review and approval responsibility for all Operations employees

III. Work closely with the Office management team (HR Manager, Finance Manager, MD) to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation

IV. Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiate corrective actions

V. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

VI. Coordinate and manage any third-party sub-contractors.

Note- Need local candidate who presently staying in Qatar and holding NOC
