The Position would be responsible for:
- The store manager is responsible the day to day management of the store.
- Leading Store with the team of sales executive & rendering guidance for increasing sales.
- Ensuring proper product display and positioning.
- Maximize Revenue through Target Achievement against Annual Business Plan.
- Employee Engagement and Motivation.
- Provides daily reports on inventory, sales and Projections.
- Executing the inspection of product & study of quality problem.
- Achieve Optimum Store Operating Cost as per approved Budget.
Required Candidate profile
The desired candidate who has 5+ year of experience in Apparel store with brands.- Good Communication is Must.
- Good Knowledge of using ERP
