As Nigeria's first internationally certified producer of Oil industry standard Stud Bolts, Nuts and Flanges, NMT also produces customized castings for various industriesManage daily operations in surface treatment( Electroplating, Phosphating, Coating and galvanizing) Providing leadership, work direction and training to employees Ensure all HSE rules and regulations are complied with for the organization. Preparing cost and material requirement estimates for quotes Working with customers to resolve complex custom designs and technical problems Determining coating and test equipment capability/test accuracy and recommending equipment upgrades, modifications and/or improvements
Overseeing department preventative maintenance program Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results to determine causes of problems and develop solutions; Evaluate technical specifications and economic factors relating to process or product design objectives; Plan and evaluate new projects, consulting with other engineers and corporate executives as necessary; Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectations; Create production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization
