Profile: SAP Project Manager
Location: Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Effectively engage with IT delivery partners, prioritize workloads, Monitoring queues and monitor outputs from the team.
- Daily/weekly status tracking and status reporting for project and Support.
- Spearhead problem management and incident management. Ensure team follows change management processes.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.
- Demonstrate broad technical leadership, exert influence outside of immediate team and drive change.
- Must have proven track record of delivery and working in large scale SAP ERP solutions.
- Desired - Experience working with multiple IT service providers in a fast paced large scale environment.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
- Must have experience working in multi-geography cross-functional teams.
- Should have good experience in handling SAP implementations as Project Manager.
- Should have good experience in Project Management
- Should have good experience in handling team
- Should able to guide team techno functionally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and Customer Oriented attitude
